House Rules
Please remember this is a home, and treat it with kindness and respect.
You are responsible to make sure all doors and gates are fully closed and locked during your stay, and when you leave.
The maximum capacity for this house is 7 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS. IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
To inquire about hosting a private event in the apartment, please email theblacksaltbar.events@gmail.com. Only parties with a signed contract are permitted on the premises.NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. ANTI SMOKING DETECTORS ARE ACTIVE THROUGHOUT THE SPACE. Please use either of the patio's or the backyard to smoke. No tampering with smoke detectors.
DO NOT ENTER RESTRICTED AREAS. PRIVATE AREAS ARE UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. IF YOU TAMPER WITH LOCKS OR DOORS, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host's discretion. Unauthorized late check outs will be subject to a $150+ fee.
If items or furniture in the house are damaged, broken, or missing, you will absolutely be required to pay for it. The property is photographed before and after your stay to assure the safety of all accommodations.
Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee. Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 14 days.
Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to prior written approval and agreement of host.
Please NO GLITTER, PUSH PINS, OR TAPE in the house for decorations.
Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Please keep noise down when outside from 10 pm - 8 am. We have neighbors who have small children and want to stay on good terms!
By booking this space, ALL GUESTS agree to abide by these rules and acknowledge the possibility of being charged for any penalties if these rules are violated.
Penalties will result in additional fees and/or legal action.
